ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Mark, and I'm a actor! (think you might have guessed that by now)

I began working at an early age, doing short films, music videos, corporates, whilst at school.  Then I went on to study Drama at University of Hull. (Hull mafia, woo!), before coming back to my London base. Over 15 years, I’ve gathered a variety of credits on both stage and screen.

On screen, I’ve appeared in some fantastic productions, including comedy feature THE HOT POTATO (Wardour Films) alongside Ray Winstone, horror CREDO alongside Myanna Buring (The Witcher) and was a series regular on BBC sitcom CLONE with Jonathan Pryce, Mark Gatiss & Simon Bird.

I’ve also appeared in a number of commercials, including Vodafone, PC World, Aviva & McDonalds.

I’ve also been been fortunate enough to take part in some amazing shows on the London stage. Most recently playing the sadistic Major Tankosic in WW1 play THE CAUSE by the late Jeremy James at the Jermyn Street Theatre, directed by Andrew Shepherd (ED Theatre503, ACS Random), supported by the Park Theatre.

I also appeared in Ben Jonson's THE ALCHEMIST at the Rosemary Branch Theatre (Timeout Critics' Choice), Laura Wade's OTHER HANDS at the Cockpit Theatre, amongst others.

I also do comedy! I’ve made over 20 sketches for my series Reeltrospectives, as well as collaborated with popular online comedy channels, such as BBC Brit, Sneaky Zebra (who have over 30 million views), and have worked on sketches/parodies with many comedians such as Jenny Bede (Josh, Murder In Successville).

I’ve also done improv for many years, performing all over London. (well, when we were allowed to do that!) with a number of teams.

I've studied & taught a variety of martial arts over the years including Shotokan Karate & Shaolin Kung-Fu. I also have 10+ years professional law enforcement experience & training.  When not acting, I'm a huge movie buff, so if you're cinema mad like me, join me over on social media and we can annoy people with our Top 10 Lists.

Whatever you're here for, thanks so much for visiting, feel free to have a look around and hope to speak with you soon! Anyway, that's me!  Now tell me about you. No it's fine, you don't have to. Unless you want to, then feel free. Whatever you're here for, thanks so much for visiting, feel free to have a look around and hope to speak with you soon!
